Ben Patterson - Somehow, I had a feeling that Steve Jobs would come out swinging during Friday's iPhone press briefing, and swing he did — at the media, which he accused of blowing the iPhone 4's "death grip" problem (or "Antennagate," as he called it) all "out of proportion." For customers, though, Jobs said he was "deeply sorry" for any trouble, emphasized that "we love our users," and conceded that phones — including the iPhone — "aren't perfect."
