Reuters - Poland's acting president, Bronislaw Komorowski, would easily win impending presidential elections, two opinion polls published in tabloid newspapers showed on Wednesday. A TNS OBOP poll, conducted on April 19 with a sample of 1,000 people, gave Komorowski, who is the candidate of the ruling Civic Platform party, 55 percent of support compared to 32 percent for Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of the main opposition party, PiS.
