1 ـ نرجو إفادتنا عن أسعاركم للأصنافالآتي بيانها.
Please send us your quotations for the following

2 ـأرجو موافاتنا بالكاتالوج الخاص بـ. . . وإفادتنا عن أفضل شروطكم وقيمة الخصم فيحالة الدفع نقداً.
Please send me a catalogue of your... and state your best terms and discount for cash

3 ـ تفضل صديقنا السيد /. . . بإبلاغي عنوانكم. ولذا فإنني أبادر بالكتابة إليكم كي توافونا بآخر قائمة أسعار ولكم الشكر.
Our mutual friend, Mr. ..., has favored me with your address, and I write accordingly to ask you to send me your latest price list, for which I thank you

4ـ بما أنه توجد لدينا سوق واسعة لتصريف بضائعكم فقد حررنا لكم هذالتوافونا بأقل أسعار تقبلونها عن كميات لا تقل عن. . .
As we have a very large sale for your goods, we write to ask you kindly to charge us the lowest prices you can, for quantities of not less than

5 ـ إذا ما وافقتنا أسعاركموشروطكم فسنرسل إليكم طلبنا على سبيل التجربة. أما عن مصادر الاستعلام عنا ففيوسعكم الاتصال بالمؤسسات المبينة بعد التي يمكنها أن تزودكم بكافة المعلوماتالمتعلقة بنا. . .

6ـ سنكون في غاية الامتنان لو أمكنكم أن ترسلوا إلينابعودة البريد قائمة أسعاركم مع بيان الخصم التجاري المعتاد وإفادتنا عن الشروط التييمكن بها أن تمنحوننا خصماً إضافياً.

9 ـ أرجو إرسال عينات من. . . التي أعلنتم عنها مع بيان أقلالأسعار وأحسن الشروط التي يمكن قبولها، وإذا وجدت العينات مناسبة فسنبعث إليكمبطلبنا لهذا نرجو ملاحظة أن تكون العينة مطابقة تماماً للصنف الذيتعرضونه.

10 ـ سوف نقارن بين الأسعار والمزايا التي تعرضونها وبين ما تعرضهالمصانع الأخرى على أن نبعث إليكم بطلبنا إذا ما وجدنا أسعاركم وشروطكممناسبة.
We shall compare your prices and advantage you offer with those of other makers, and if satisfied will send you the order

11 ـ إذا لم تكنهذه السلع موجودة بمخازنكم فنرجو إفادتنا عن الوقت اللازم لتنفيذ طلب من الصنفوالكمية المذكورة.
If you have not these goods in stock, kindly say how long you would require to complete an order for the quality and the quantity mentioned

12ـ بمقارنة القوائم وجدنا أسعاركم أعلى من أسعار منافسيكم ومنثم فإن ارسال طلبنا إليكم أو إلى مصنع آخر رهن بالخصم الذي قد تمنحونه لنا، لذلكنرجو العمل على تحقيق المصلحة لكلينا.
On comparison of price lists we find your prices are much higher than those of your competitors, and consequently it depends upon what discount you allow whether we pass the order to you or another factory. Please, therefore, do your best in the matter
